GENERAL SERVER REGULATIONS
This document(s) covers all necessary rules and regulations for staff and members who contribute to the virtual platform, Minecraft. A JAVA server that is accessible from all over world-wide.

I. RULES FOR ALL PLAYERS
– All players who contribute their time on the server must be respectful to one another.
– Players who will not abide by the rules will be punished or banned from the Fire Crusades community.
– PLAYERS WHO ADVERTISE ON THE SERVER WILL RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE BAN FROM THE SERVER.
– No abusing bugs that provide an advantage.
– All bugs must be reported to staff privately
– Taking advantage of rank perks to gain an unfair competitive advantage is not allowed. This includes setting homes in or around other players bases for combat purposes. This includes teleporting, or teleporting other players, to or near other players bases in preparation of or during a raid.
– Teleporting to other players with the sole intention of killing them is not allowed.
– Setting homes in or in the vicinity of other players’ bases with the intent of raiding or killing them is not allowed. Outposts, however, are allowed for this purpose. (Set home or claim outpost at least 3 chunks away)
– If you are IP banned from the server, then you are banned from discord as well.
– A PLAYER may only have one Minecraft account on the server.
A. DISCORD AND GENERAL COMMUNICATION
– No spamming chat
– No advertising random links or unusual material on any channels.
– Do not advertise ANY OTHER SERVER. Immediate ban will occur instantly.
– Do not post any pornographic imaging on any of the channels. You will be banned.
– Stalking discord profiles, asking personal information from players is not allowed.
– Exchanging personal information in public channels is not allowed.
– Profanity is not allowed on the server. Keep it friendly. Simple.
– If a player or member does not respond to any of the staff members or joins the server which totals up to 30 days, you will be kicked out from the discord and any progress made from you on the server will be destroyed or foreclosed.
– Be respectful to staff.
– Obey discord rules or consequences will occur.
– First warning is initiated, Second warning involves the SERVER OWNER to MONITOR your actions on the server. THIRD WARNING results to IP banning a player and will no longer have access to Firecrusades discord or any other communication platforms.
II. HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION – MODERN INTRICATE HOMES
– Home owners are not allowed to place profanity, racial, or any conservative topics that may trigger a riot or threats in the community.
– All landscape must be taken cared. No choppy, or overgrown grass or large trees are allowed in the community.
– The color of the home may be changed, but the exterior style MAY NOT.
– All residents in the community can select who they want for president for the HOA for their community.
– Home owners are not allowed to build oversized structures no taller than 20 blocks high in the backyard. No building awkward, unusual structures in the front yard.
– Homeowners are pleased to do as they please inside their home. This may come to structural changes or leisure activity as long is does not disturb nearby residents.
– All vehicles are parked on driveways. If a vehicle is parked against the curb OVER NIGHT, it will be towed. Not only the vehicle will be towed, the owner of the vehicle will receive a $350.00 (in-game currency) fine for violating HOA overnight rules.
– All seasonal decorations outside the home are allowed near holidays and be celebrated.
– HOA monthly fees are $780.00 (in-game currency) must be paid to the server by the end of the month
– All homeowners are aware that leaving furniture or anything unusual outside the driveway overnight will be fined of $200.00 (in-game currency)
– Hosting block-parties is allowed in all communities.
– Garage sells are allowed in the community.
– All items belonging to the homeowner may not pass the homesite border set to that home owner.
– Flags are allowed in the community.
– Fireworks are allowed in the community.
– Trespassing another homeowner’s property without the homeowner’s consent will be sent to jail with a fine of $1,000.00 (in-game currency)
– Homeowners are not allowed to leave horses, dogs, or any animals outside the front yard overnight.
– No bon-fires on the driveway or in front yard. All bon-fires may be hosted in the backyard.
III. CITY COMMON LAWS – DOWNTOWN GINGERWOOD
Note: The city of Gingerwood is functioned as a democracy. The people are in favor of the city, making sure the city of Gingerwood is in good hands. In this upscaled city, status, expanding, and luxury living is a priority. Therefore, rules and excessively emphasized among our people.
– All vehicles must not be left outside of your inventory. It will be destroyed by city maintenance or by an upper server staff member.
– Weapons, food, and all in-game items must not be looted in the city. This is considered littering and there is a fine of $250.00 if you are caught littering.
– Players must understand the concept of working, NOT STEALING. If you are caught stealing from a player or from another property that is NOT under your name. You will be charged of $15,000 of a property damage and go to jail/muted for 20 minutes.
– Property damage is considered “griefing” on the server. You will lose $50,000 on the server and you will be IP banned from the server and on discord immediately.
– You must pay your property’s rent (commercial or residential) in time, or you will lose the property.
– If you are qualified for a loan of any sort. (This includes mortgage loans by the server operator.) You must have the appropriate balance in your account for payments. Payments will be automatically trans-actioned every Friday for mortgage loans.

– ALL LIVESTOCK AND WILDLIFE MUST BE SCATTERED IN THE CLAIMED PROPERTY. NOT HUDDLED TOGETHER. THIS IS CONSIDERED ANIMAL ABUSE AND CAUSES LAG ON THE SERVER.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, ALL PLAYERS WHO ARE CAUGHT USING AUTO CLICKERS WILL BE PUNISHED!!!!!! If caught, Admin will take All your money in your account and leave you with a $0.00 balance. You will be temp banned for 30 (thirty) days as well.This is so All have been warned and are aware of the new rule.
